Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the FluentLogs service ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you're using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The Service
FluentLogs provides error tracking for WordPress sites. We receive error data from the FluentLogs WordPress plugin installed on your site, store it, and present it through a web dashboard. We may also send notifications to channels you configure (Telegram, Slack, email, webhooks).
3. Your account
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You're responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys secure.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Intentionally flood the ingest API with fabricated error data
- Attempt to access other users' data or circumvent rate limits
- Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
5. Data ownership
You own the error data sent to FluentLogs. We claim no intellectual property rights over it. We process your data solely to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Service availability
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for data loss caused by infrastructure failures, though we take reasonable measures to prevent it.
7. Cost
FluentLogs is currently free to use with all features included. If we introduce paid plans in the future, existing free features will remain available and we'll give advance notice of any changes.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy retention schedule.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you via email or an in-app banner for material changes. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
