What we collect

FluentLogs collects error data sent by the WordPress plugin you install on your site. This includes:

  • Error messages, severity levels, and file paths
  • PHP version, WordPress version, and plugin/theme metadata
  • Timestamps and occurrence counts
  • Your account email and name (when you sign up)

We do not collect visitor IP addresses, user cookies, personal data of your site's visitors, or any content from your database.

How we use it

  • Display errors in your project dashboard
  • De-duplicate and count occurrences
  • Trigger notifications and workflow automations you configure
  • Generate aggregated, anonymous usage metrics to improve the service

Where data lives

All data is stored on Cloudflare's global network using Cloudflare D1 (SQLite at the edge). Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties except as required to operate the service (e.g., Cloudflare as infrastructure provider).

Data retention

Error data is retained for as long as your project exists. When you delete a project, all associated error data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Your rights

You can export or delete your data at any time from your dashboard. If you'd like to delete your account entirely, contact us and we'll process the request within 7 business days.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics pixels, or third-party advertising scripts on fluentlogs.com.
